Carla Overbeck is an Olympic Gold Medalist and former captain of the United States Women’s Soccer Team.  Overbeck was famous for her endurance, leadership, and overcoming knee surgery and Graves Disease to make a second appearance at the Olympics.  She is now a hall-of-famer after her prolific twelve-year career, and coaches women’s soccer at Duke University.
